Per assicurarti che il tuo pacco sia consegnato correttamente e che tu riceva il tuo pacco entro i tempi di consegna consigliati, assicurati che il tuo indirizzo sia inserito correttamente e includa tutte le informazioni. L'uso di abbreviazioni, numeri civici, numeri di edifici o appartamenti corretti e informazioni sul percorso (se applicabili) è fondamentale per garantire una corretta consegna . Non ci assumiamo la responsabilità per spedizioni perse, smarrite o consegnate in modo errato se le informazioni sull'indirizzo fornite non sono corrette o inserite in modo errato al momento dell'acquisto.

Spediremo tramite GLS. Sono disponibili altre opzioni di corriere e ci riserviamo il diritto di cambiare corriere in qualsiasi momento.

Per le spedizioni internazionali (per ora ancora non disponibili) la merce verrà importata per conto del destinatario. Il destinatario autorizza BREAKWOFF-DOUBLEF ad importare la merce per sua richiesta. Inoltre, il destinatario accetta che BREAKWOFF-DOUBLEF possa delegare l'obbligo di importare la merce per suo conto a un subappaltatore (ad es. Broker doganale). Il destinatario pagherà le tasse e i dazi oltre al prezzo di acquisto della merce.
Processing time
All orders are subject to separate processing times in addition to the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been collected from our warehouse. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international order processing can take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

After your payment has been cleared and verified, standard order processing can still take 3 business days. This is an estimate only and does not include weekends or holidays.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information with which you can check the status of your GLS courier shipment. You will be able to see the status of your order in "My Orders" in the "My Profile" section of the BREAKWOFF-DOUBLEF website, by connecting with your username and password entered during registration.

For domestic and international orders, we will use GLS to ship to most locations. You may select alternative carriers at our sole discretion to meet your shipping requirements.

The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipment from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery complaints

If you are experiencing non-delivery or your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claim process. Note: Complaints can take up to 30 days to complete.

BREAKWOFF-DOUBLEF does not assume or accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: We will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for items out of stock.

BREAKWOFF-DOUBLEF reserves the right to require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address in the event that we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Furthermore, BREAKWOFF-DOUBLEF reserves the right to define and limit, reject or cancel exclusively customer orders at any time due to:

  • A history of irregular or excessive returns indicative of "wardrobing";
  • An irregular or excessive return history regarding worn, altered, washed, damaged or missing items;
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

BREAKWOFF-DOUBLEF reserves the right to limit, refuse and / or refuse returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as outlined above.
